Let’s answer your questions

MAYBE READY is my mission to give space to the confusing feelings of ‘not being sure’ around motherhood.
By creating a space where women can explore that question deeply (and not in circles), with more structure and insight, we aim for greater clarity. So that, if the path chosen is motherhood, the beginning of the journey starts with more self-understanding, fewer fears, and a stronger sense of inner readiness.

This space is for women who feel confused, stuck, divided, or emotionally charged around the question of whether to have children.
It may be especially relevant if you:
feel somewhat inclined toward motherhood, but do not see how it could work in your real life
feel that timing, partnership, work, distance from family, or support systems are affecting your clarity
struggle to separate your own desire from fear, pressure, or expectation
do not feel represented by the models of motherhood you see around you
feel there are too many variables, and that the question has become mentally noisy
-
Not necessarily.
This space is for women who feel genuinely in the question. That may include women who are inclined toward motherhood, but feel blocked by timing, partnership, distance from family, lack of support, career concerns, fear, uncertainty, or the life conditions around them.
Sometimes the question is not simply “Do I want children?” but “Do I want children under these conditions?” That is a very real question, and this workshop is also for women navigating that space.
If you are strongly and clearly aligned with a no, this is probably not the right space. This is not about convincing anyone toward motherhood. It is for women who feel there is something to understand, untangle, or listen to more deeply.

At the moment, sessions are held online.
I am also open to offering in-person sessions if there is interest, depending on location and format. In that case, pricing would be adapted accordingly. If this is something you are interested in, please contact me directly to discuss it.

The sessions combine semi-structured conversation with introspection dynamics.
To hold and deepen conversations I will use the Art of Hosting techniques, as well as meditative practices, and other tools designed to help you better understand your thoughts, emotional patterns, fears, and desires around this question. In some cases, where relevant I will illustrate points with my own experience.
Before the session, you will receive a form so I can better understand what you are carrying into the process and what feels most alive for you at this moment.
For more detail on the approach, please visit the corresponding section of the website.

A question of this depth requires time. However, big questions with many layers like this one can keep us going in neverending circles.
These sessions are designed to help you move through the points where you feel blocked, so you feel less stuck and more able to make a decision that is yours.
You will come away from the session with a better understanding of what is driving your confusion: what is fear, what is circumstance, and what you genuinely want.
The decision may still take more time, but you will have gained a new inner place from which to explore it.
-
Although completely legitimate, this space is probably not the best fit if your main concerns on the matter of having children are primarily ideological, philosophical, or political (e.g. climate justice, overpopulation, negative perception on the future of humanity).
-
No.
This is a guided reflective space, not psychotherapy or clinical treatment. The work draws on personal experience, structured inquiry, and tools for self-understanding, but it is not a substitute for psychological or medical care.
-
Yes, couple sessions are possible.
That said, because this work begins from the perspective of the woman and the question of potential motherhood, I will first want to understand from which place you would be coming into the session together.
If you are interested in this format, please write to me directly so we can discuss the details.
“The decision of whether or not to have a child can be deeply difficult and, at times, painful. It forces us to confront the intense vulnerabilities of our bodies and our hearts [...]
So what do we do when we are struggling with a decision? We ask ourselves why we are engaging with the struggle at all.”
